Meetings are held at the Carmichael Community Centre located on Bellevue in Sudbury the first Tuesday of each month at 7:30 pm with the exception of July and August.

Monthly meetings are held on the first Tuesday of every month at 7:30 pm at the Carmichael Community Centre 1388 Bellevue Avenue, Sudbury with the exception of September which will be held the first Tuesday after the Barrie Automotive Flea Market. No meetings are scheduled for the months of July and August.
