THANKS TOM AND BEA

Our summer wind up BBQ was great - burgers, hot dogs, corn, salad and dessert! "Yummy" and to top it all off, live entertainment too. Tom's neighbour and Bob Lorentz were on the guitars with John Whiteside playing the violin. I think I saw Ken Graham on the spoons, and we all had a "bucket" to carry the tunes. Everyone joined in the sing-a-long and a very good day was had by all.

JOHN AND LINDA WHITESIDE

Our club fits them to a T. John and Linda have been around the club for so many years they could be fitted for a antique plate for longevity as the nicest old car collectors. They are very involved in our club as well as the Model T club. Ever wondered about those fine goodies we get at the end of our indoor meetings? Well Linda and John are the people who work very hard to bring that together for us and a big thanks to you both.

While John works on restorations, Linda enjoys creating tempting dishes in the kitchen. Now we see what has motivated John for the last 16 years of happily wedded bliss. John was once a noted Mustang restorer but the T's are his vehicle of choice now. John and Linda are pictured here with their 1913 Brass T', a wedding gift from him to her and they named this fine running car "Bernadette." …..continues on

MUDOSKA was almost a slippery success but the weather did not cooperate. Here we can see a T wading across the bridge My car has been cleaned 3 times but still has some of that campground aroma. Most of the tours were well planned and the Niagara area was very scenic. As always the friendship and camaraderie among our members were highlights of the week. You could also say the mud kept us stuck together.
